Machu Picchu Full Day – The Wonder of the World

A full day dedicated to Perus most iconic destination — the ancient citadel of Machu Picchu. Comfortable transport, a scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley, and a guided tour of the ruins — all in a single day, no overnight stay required.

The Machu Picchu Full Day tour is the perfect way to experience one of the New Seven Wonders of the World when time is limited. The day begins with an early-morning hotel pickup in Cusco, followed by a scenic drive to Ollantaytambo. From there, travelers board the tourist train, winding through the Sacred Valley past rivers and mountains until reaching the village of Aguas Calientes at the foot of Machu Picchu. A short bus ride then climbs to the entrance of the ancient citadel, where a guided tour of roughly two to three hours covers the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Intihuatana stone, and the Temple of the Three Windows. After the tour, travelers have free time for lunch and independent exploration before returning by train and van to Cusco in the evening.
